How to solve the inaccurate meter display?

Fault analysis of inaccurate weight display of instrument:
        1. Something stuck in the scale body or bolts touching the scale will lead to inaccurate weight display on the meter
        2. The connection line of the scale body is broken, and the sensor of the scale body moves out of position
        3. The core wire of the signal cable of the scale body is disconnected
        4. The amplifier circuit inside the instrument is disconnected and damaged
        Troubleshooting measures for instrument:
        1. Before checking the fault of the instrument, a partial load test should be carried out to preliminarily check which sensor has a problem. If there is no sensor damage in the partial load test table of the instrument, the weighing calibration should be carried out; if the partial load test fails, the damaged sensor should be replaced.
        2. It is necessary to check whether the signal cable of the instrument is broken and whether the connection wire of the junction board is disengaged.
        3. Check the sensor again as described above.
